EXPERTISE WHEN YOU NEED IT.HARDWARE THAT FITS THE REQUIREMENT.CLARITY THROUGHOUT.

01 / Where we fit

More capability.
Less friction.

Your IT team doesn’t need to do everything alone.

Some projects need specialist knowledge. Others need extra hands or the right equipment. We connect those requirements, helping you move from a technical challenge to a practical way forward.

A project needs momentum.

03 / Hardware, with context

Not just a product.
The right fit.

Procurement starts with understanding the job. Tell us what your people need, what the equipment must work with and what needs to happen after delivery.

Specification, availability and delivery confirmed with your quotation.

End-user computing

Start with your requirement, current environment and the outcome you need.

  2. 02 /

    Define

Agree the scope, responsibilities, equipment and commercial details.

    Deliver

Coordinate the agreed technical work and hardware requirements.

  4. 04 /

    Hand over

Leave your team with the information needed to use and own the solution.

Technology should strengthen your team.
Not leave it dependent on a black box.

05 / Good questions

Let’s make
things clear.

Can we work with you if we already have an IT team?

Yes. PillarByte’s focus includes working alongside existing IT teams, helping with defined capability gaps, project requirements and hardware needs.

Can we enquire about hardware without a services project?

Yes. Share your specification or the task the equipment needs to perform. We can discuss the hardware requirement separately from project support.

Do we need a fully written specification first?

No. Start with your business requirement and current constraints. The first conversation can help identify what needs clarifying before a scope or quotation is agreed.

What should we include in our first enquiry?

A brief description of the challenge, any relevant equipment or systems, your preferred timescale and how best to reach you. Please leave out passwords and confidential technical details.

What does your
IT need next?

A technical challenge, a hardware requirement,
or a bit of both. Tell us where you want to get to.

We’ll use your details to respond to this enquiry. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive information. Privacy and cookies.
